Hardware Troubleshooting:

Computers that won’t boot, confusing error messages, programs that lock up or
printers that suddenly won’t print are all common symptoms reported for repair
by classroom teachers. These problems, and others, are either hardware-related or
software-related problems. There are some basic troubleshooting techniques that
you can do to diagnose and fix problems but you must keep in mind that troubleshooting requires
persistence and patience. If you keep plugging away you will almost always come to a solution. So,
where do we begin? Since computer hardware problems are usually the easiest type of problems to
solve that’s where we’ll start.
